About Me

My photo
Ntwadumela (In-twy-do-may-la) means, “He Who Greets With Fire. With the various biblical examples of God in the Old and New Testaments manifesting his presence as fire, poet Ntwadumela simply means the poet who greets with the presence of God. As a Christian poet I am striving to express God to people, people to God, and our view of God to each other. It is my belief that the enemy of all souls has organized and specific strategies for deceiving and destroying humans. A high priority in these strategies is the dividing of us from each other, the fostering of hate in the world and the belief that if you and I don't agree that somehow means I don't have to love you. It is my desire to to shed light on these strategies and help us all to know God the more.

And so It Goes

- In the world system the enemy has structured all things to work to his advantage in causing pain, manipulation, and destruction of as many humans as possible. Love relationships are no different. We are generally prepared and expect, for all the good it does us, an attack to create hate in a love relationship. What we can be blind to is the hyperemotionalism* disguised as love.

- Right now people commit everything from emasculation to murder in the name of a "love" relationship gone bad. Humans were never meant to be led by emotion but by love. Love is not a emotion it is a attribute. A mother can feel anger, disappointment, fear, etc. for her child but her love for that child will never change. Love can cause various emotions but it is itself above emotion. When we talk about tough love what we are actually talking about is going beyond are emotions in a situation and aspiring to do what love requires.

-Since the beginning when Adam and Eve's emotions were pushed beyond love and caused the fall humans have been manipulate by the enemy through their emotions. It was his first and most potent trick for causing pain in love relationships including marriage. If we are to combat this manipulation we must use the word of God and know the love of God. Only through a biblical understanding of love do we stand a chance at not being trapped in hyperemotionalism* and destined to live a cycle of pain and disappointment.

*Emotions that do not derive from God's love and therefore are outside of God's original design. (OK, so I made this word up but it was the best way to convey the meaning.)
