About Me

Ntwadumela (In-twy-do-may-la) means, “He Who Greets With Fire. With the various biblical examples of God in the Old and New Testaments manifesting his presence as fire, poet Ntwadumela simply means the poet who greets with the presence of God. As a Christian poet I am striving to express God to people, people to God, and our view of God to each other. It is my belief that the enemy of all souls has organized and specific strategies for deceiving and destroying humans. A high priority in these strategies is the dividing of us from each other, the fostering of hate in the world and the belief that if you and I don't agree that somehow means I don't have to love you. It is my desire to to shed light on these strategies and help us all to know God the more.

Adam and Eve and the Present Day Deception Part 1-b

FIRST THINGS FIRST AGAIN

As I stated in the previous message, God views Adam and Eve as one flesh. When I speak of Eve and her role in the fall I don't put more blame on her than on Adam. The bible speaks of the fall of man not the fall of Eve who led to the man's fall. I will deal with the role of Adam and Eve at a later time but suffice it to say as I stated before God doesn't have man, and a lesser more blame worthy man called woman. (Read my opening statement in the previous message.)

EDEN AND THE ORIGIN OF THE THREE PRONGED ATTACK

-In Genesis the third chapter we find the fall of man. The enemy approached man with a question designed to create in mankind's mind other questions. The enemy questioned God's word, which always leads to more questions. The danger in Eden and also today is not believing what God has said. If we accept the word of God then we are safe, but when there is confusion, lack of study, or blatant disobedience to what God is saying then we have no foundation, and are left to make it up as we go along, and create and answer our own questions as to how we should live. (See How Jesus overcame the three pronged attack in the previous message)

-In Geneses 3:1 the question Eve was asked was a simple one. She was asked; "Has God really said that you shall not eat of every tree of the garden?" If Eve had simply answered yes, and ignored any other question in her mind she would have been safe, but we see by her answer that she was trying to make God's word make sense to her. Eve not only stated what God said but she added to it by saying that they should not even touch it or they would die. (Gen 3:3) God's prohibition was not extended to touching the tree, which was Eve's word not God's. In Eden and today there is danger in adding to what God has said in order to make the given word fit into our own view of things. To add to the word is to doubt that it is valid. Eve's question, that she didn't ask, was what could be so wrong with that tree that it is would kill us. We know that this doubt was there because she had to make that tree so deadly in her mind that its very touch could kill. The enemy capitalized on this doubt immediately by speaking it out loud; "You shall not surly die"(Gen 3:4) The enemy magnified the questioning of God's word that was already in Eve's mind, and then Eve took the next step.

-In Genesis 3: 6 Eve is now completely relying on what make sense to her. Verse 6 tells us that when she perceived that the tree was good for food (the lust of the flesh), pleasing to the eye (the lust of the eye), and also good to make one wise (the pride of life), she ate the fruit. She also gave it to her husband. This is the birth of the three pronged attack and this three pronged attack has to this day ruled over the destiny of mankind. All of history is panted with this three pronged brush.

NEXT WEEK: THE EFFECT OF THE THREE PRONGED ATTACK.
